Buls Hodge Consulting is a full-service commercial brokerage providing clients with commercial real estate expertise in landlord, tenant, buyer, and seller representation. We use proprietary tools—including our Client Requirement Analysis, Space Plan, and Lease Purchase Value Analysis—to evaluate the quantity of space you need, location, timing, and overall efficiency of your move.

With offices in Austin, Dallas, and Houston, our experienced brokers specialize in office, industrial, and retail buildings, saving our customers time and money in the purchasing, selling, or leasing of commercial real estate.

Furthered by the creation of the Austin Market Sublease Report, published from 2001 through 2005, Buls Hodge Consulting has consistently given Austin Real Estate principals valuable information about the growing and often misunderstood sub-lease market. Our knowledge is extensive, and our service is robust.

Whatever your Texas commercial real estate needs, we’ve got you covered.
