Market Report

The Titanic sailed the treacherous North Atlantic at full speed ahead, thinking it was unsinkable.  As history, and Hollywood, have taught us, she wasn’t.  The same could be said about the market in Austin.  Things are going great at the moment, but it doesn’t mean developers, investors, and brokers should forget about the headlines we read daily about real estate in other parts of the country.
